James Morgan MA MSc is an engineer and business planning specialist. As a partner of Ernst & Young he was responsible for all the firm’s work in the public sector. He recently took part in the National Audit Office study of the work of the Carbon Trust. Previously he led a major efficiency review of the organisation for hydro-electricity generation in the North of Scotland.
Len Marlow originally trained as an Electrical Engineer and has an MSc in renewable energy specialising in run of river hydro-electricity. He has a background in senior technical management. Many of the organisations with which he has worked have developed strong local community involvement, creating training and jobs in areas where previously there were few opportunities.
Mark Scutt MA MBA has a background of running mechanical engineering companies including Villiers Limited, the West Midlands engine manufacturer which he and a colleague re-started after the collapse of the British motorcycle industry. He has been involved with the manufacture of engines, pumping sets and generating sets.
